"It can be hard trying to choose a place to stay lately, especially since AI has blown up. I'm so happy I gave this place a chance. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Not once did I feel like they didn't want to be there. When we checked out at noon (which is an amazing checkout time), they held our luggage and bags for us. When we came back many hours later they offered to let us use the restroom before going to the train station. Most places in NYC don't want anything to do with you...

"This is our second time staying here. We love the property, the suites work for us as there is a bedroom which is separate from the living space. There are plenty of things to do on the property and in the surrounding area. Mt. Greylock, antiquing, great breakfast spots! The Country Store on the property has great sandwiches and things needed for your stay."

"Admittedly, the place doesn’t look like much from the outside, but the owner is very kind and prompt. And the room, though a little bland was perfect for our needs. It was clean, there were no smells, andit was orderly. The bathroom was perfect and everything we could need was available. They have USB outlets near the bed, cable, television, and plenty of clean towels. In the morning is a continental breakfast with fresh fruits and pastries, fresh coffee, and again the post came out to greet us...

"Wow. This hotel is such a great find. Not only is it clean and unique, the rooms are large and the staff are super helpful and nice. Breakfast was nice. The pool was slightly colder than I expected but it was 5 degrees outside and windy so its understandable. The hot tub was very comfortable. I would love to stay here again. My kids said this is their favorite hotel we have ever stayed at which is high praise since we travel frequently and have stayed in a ton of hotels!"

"Thank you for the kitchen facilities and big dining table. Microwave was big and strong. Thank you for the big towels. Parking was excellent for our timing. Central location is very handy. The heat was a curiosity. It can be set higher, then it drops down during the night. TV channel choosing is designed for a younger person."
