"Avoid the crowds in South Berkshire County and stay at this lovely inn at the foot of Mt. Greylock. Country charm paired with comfortable beds and fully updated bathrooms made for a great stay. Brandi and Darryl are wonderful hosts-- Don't sleep in and miss Brandi's 8:30am breakfasts!"

Rooms (especially the bathrooms and baseboard heaters) are somewhat dated and could use a refresh. Visited during a chilly time of the year and thermostat was tricky to operate. Heat was set not to go above 75 degrees, which was less than ideal."

"What a charming place this is! I seriously have never felt so at home at a hotel before. The employees are so helpful and friendly-definitely willing to please and make you feel welcome. And the rooms, lobby, and grounds are so lovely and have updated decor. The breakfast that is offered is fresh and has great options. I will definitely plan a return trip!"

"We arrived at 10 pm and the room had a broken AC and no sheets for pullout. The temperature was 95 degrees and the windows were left open suggesting that this was not a new problem. I had to contact the front desk (offsite) to request assistance. No one showed up after waiting for 45 minutes. We had to leave and rebook elsewhere. I requested a refund for our our stay due to the extenuating unresolvable circumstances and the fact that the room was uninhabitable. I have not heard back from...

"Staff was friendly and accommodating (example: got to the complimentary breakfast 15 minutes before close. No coffee, so she cheerfully made a fresh pot just for us.) Place was clean;everything worked great. Had a nice bench seat outside the room to look at the mountains and relax after several hours of motorcycle riding. I would absolutely recommend the place and would stay there again."

"Condo was clean, with a well stocked kitchen and a comfortable bed. Hallways need to be freshened up. Even though it was the last weekend in June the pool and deck was not accessible."

"Honestly, this place should close for renovations. It's a mess. • 1 working elevator for a 12-floor hotel. The elevator is used by staff (and their equipment) and guests. Elevator wait times were 10+ minutes. Watched a delivery guy? guest? employee? get on the elevator with a large e-bike.
