There was only one problem which was the heated towel rail in bathroom was so hot I burnt my arm, I did inform reception as needs to be attended. The spa is so lovely too, I had an Indian head massage which was very relaxing. All staff were lovely although I would say I would choose...

"The property is well situated to access Chester's historic and retail districts. It is an easy walk to the station, if you are not driving, and the numerous dining options near by. "
