"We were in a situation on April 4, 2026 where we did not have the money at check out to make the payment but let them know that we were trying our best to get the payment and would let them know by 3:00 PM check in time. We had been staying there since March 20, 2026 and told them at that time we would be there for a long extended amount of time. We had lost our car and would not get it back in our possession until March 31, 2026. They gave us a fixed rate of $50.00 per night. However that continued to change each day. On April 4, 2026 they told us that we had pack up our things and move out of the room since we could not pay until 3:00 PM. We had no way to transport our things anywhere as we were homeless. We moved our things out and put them in the back of the hotel sat with them so they would not be stolen or thrown in the trash. For several hours we tried everyone and everything to get our payment or a ride. A friend I had met at the hotel offered to pay the room for us on a loan. She sent me $87.00. I took a bus to put the money on my debit card as they do not take cash to stay. When I got back to the hotel, the desk told me the room rate for the night would be $96.00 for the night, that was $46.00 more than the rate they had previously given me. They would not help us with the $14.00 that was needed to stay. They were so rude and they uncaring about our. Situation. The manager told us to get off of the property or she would call the police to have us arrested for tresp"

"I booked the hotel for a large function because it said they have a restaurant. No restaurant. They have a restaurant but ONLY serve breakfast. The breakfast was both hot and cold. A lot of variety of breakfast food. All you can eat for $6.95. Not a good selection of Gluten Free items. Parking was self efficient and free. Room; The water in shower wasn’t hot .. barely warm. The bed was comfortable and room appeared nice. View of outside was beautiful of the pool. Not opened yet but a nice view. "
