Hilton Garden Inn Philadelphia Center City
10/10 Excellent
"Great location for exploring center city at a great price! Super impressed with how friendly the staff is, there is definitely a good culture from the top down here. We had a little issue with our room lock, and within minutes a housekeeper came and got us chairs to sit on in the hallway to wait just a few minutes for maintenance who had it fixed in less than five minutes. We spoke to the manager to let her know what a great job her staff did and she was very grateful for the feedback. We’ll definitely stay again!"
