"The balcony was nice; it felt like the hotel was in the woods. The room is a bit dark for my liking. No elevator. The breakfast selections were great, we filled up and were ready to explore the nearby national park. The exercise room wasn't able to open with the room card, had to ask the front desk opened it for us. Overall, it was a nice experience."

"I saw a sign when I checked in on the counter. It said 8/10. I think this is about right. It is summer time, so you are going to get bugs in the room. Also, the toilet sang all night. That is, it was noisy. Other than that, it was a pretty good stay."

"Manager is terrible had contractors barge in and enter our room twice without any notice when asked them to leave they refused. We went to the manager and she refused to do anything about it, and refused to refund us for our room. I will be contacting their corporate office. This is a terribly managed and not very clean hotel. I would steer clear they have a total disregard for customers and privacy."

"The staff were very accommodating, friendly, and helpful. What they had to work with was poor. Marriott should be ashamed to keep a hotel with their name on it in such rough condition. Every guest that I spoke to had issues with their room. For me I had to change rooms because of extremely low water press so that the toilet barely flushed and took five minutes to fill between each flush (I timed it) and needed repeated flushing to clear the bowl completely. "We reserved and paid for a room here — which the property confirmed that day — but when we arrived, the staff was difficult to find, and when she eventually came out she said there were no rooms available. She was extremely rude and did not explain or help redirect us to another property nearby. Luckily, the Expedia help line was able to find another room for us."
