"We had a wonderful family stay at this hotel- it was clean, quiet, welcoming and comfortable. The front desk staff were very friendly and professional. We were greeted by Mr. Ray at the front desk who was incredibly helpful, warm and efficient. The room service staff were also polite and attentive. The only minor inconvenience was that there was no microwave in the room, but a shared one was conveniently available in the lobby. Overall, a great place to stay for everyone."

"If you are going for a pirates game, it is the perfect place. The staff was a little odd, but very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good and plentiful. The rooms aren’t big, but worked perfectly for me."

"The room was clean. Breakfast was excellent. Check in and check out was smooth. Only issue. After bring out all day we came back to a clean room but one of the hotel provided $3.00 water bottles was half drunk. I was not as concerned about the cost as much as someone being in our room and doing this. I informed the front desk who said a note would be put in our file. However, we were still charged. If this person had just opened the mini fridge and taken one of our many water bottles or drinks we would not have even noticed."

"The customer service was absolutely stellar. I accidentally left my debit card in the room & didn’t miss it until we had checked out. I called the hotel & they had someone from housekeeping look for it & find it. This was the most friendly and accessible staff I have ever dealt with. The rooms were impeccable."
