"The hotel advertised air conditioning, but they didn’t have any. We had to open the windows and ended up with lots of bug bites."

"The room was clean, even if it is old and needs renovation. The staff was nice. There is a mall nearby, which was nice. There are a few restaurants/cafes walking distance. I recommend this place for budget travelers. It is about 1hr from downtown Paris by public transport and 10 minutes from Orly airport. "

"Pada hari pertama tiba, kami diberikan pilihan untuk pindah sementara di ibis budget (bersebelahan dgn hotel) atau mendpatkan kamar tanpa TV, krn sedang diperbaiki, walaupun kami diberikan komplimen berupa makan pagi, tapi bagi kami itu cukup merepotkan karena kami harus membawa sendiri koper2 kami ke reseptionist keesokan harinya dan menunggu kamar tersedia sesuai pesanan kami."

"The only thing that I like the train was in front of the hotel. Front desk in flip flops really bad reputation and the room was not clean."

"We were very please with our stay at the Hyatt. We had a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower from our room and we really enjoy having a glass of champagne and food at the Windo Sky bar on the rooftop. We would definitely stay here again. "

"This was my second stay at the Ray's Eiffel and I was not disappointed.The people are incredibly kind and accommodating. The room is not too small compared to most in Paris. The kitchenette is a great asset. Even though the area is touristy I like it very much and everything is very safe and convenient.There is a metro station( Ecole Militaire )close by. My special thanks go to Linda and Jeremy who are both helpful and sweet. I hope to return next year for a third stay. P.S. The welcome gifts...

"There was nothing I did not like. The check in was quick and easy. Staff are polite, courteous and accommodating. There is an elevator. Room was clean and quiet, beds were comfortable. Bathrooms are compact and stocked with just about everything a person might need. Nice workout room. Small room used for breakfast items and beverages, these items are not complimentary. Easy walking distance to shops and restaurants."

"Rooms are small as well as the one person elevator. The remote control for the tv had dead batteries"

"Comfortable beds and pillows. The rooms are very small. We had the balcony and bistro which was a nice upgrade. However there are several sex shops next door and across the hotel which was a little surprising upon arrival. I wasn’t prepared for the rif raf that accompanied that."

"Location!! Location!! Location!! A great location. Easy access to the Metro, the Arch and bus stops. We did not try the food at Le Tsuba because we were within walking distance of many, great restaurants. Highly recommend staying here. The room was a bit tight but clean."

Every staff member wanted to ensure we had recommendations for places to visit. The hotel was always clean and smelled great even in elevator. The restaurant for breakfast and dinner had delicious food and drinks. Best hotel for ambiance, safety, comfort and hospitality. "
