"the bed was very dirty with lots of hair found on top of the bed cover, and more on the bed sheets and pillow. bed cover also have stains. overall cleanliness was very questionable. bath towel had brown stain as well"

"This place was wonderful - a seamless experience. Easy self check in. The bed was comfy, shower was nice, soaps provided, even coffee pods and other kitchen basics. Air conditioner worked great. Location was fantastic in a great neighborhood. Even had a place to put our luggage on site when we had a night time flight the day of our check out. That was super convenient. Thanks again for everything!! "

"Super home base to explore the city from. Easy to spend time close to the hotel with sights, parks, restaurants all within easy stroll. We were using taxis versus metro, taxi from hotel gets an added charge but short walk down stairs to nearby taxi stand is available once you get to know the area. Metro is a longer walk. "This was so easy to get to, near so much especially restaurants for the evenings. The staff were very welcoming and able to answer any of our questions. The apartment was exactly what we needed, well maintained and clean. It was surprisingly quiet given how busy things get outside. We would definitely come back here again, a lovely way to celebrate our anniversary."
