"No breakfast.. no good hygiene, rooms were having fungus and walls were having water seepage, delayed and they skipped room cleaning service. Horrible experience and negligence staff."

"Although many of the staff were very friendly and courteous there were major red flags that made my stay uncomfortable. Such as an employee approaching me while I was alone at the pool claiming I owed $10000rupes for a gold investment. I did tell management. "The hotel has a tiny reception. When we arrived he told us there will be a wait time of 4 hours before getting a room. After I told him I’m ready to pay to get the room now, he made a room available within 20 min.
The room while it was “cleaned” was not really clean as the hotel has issues of smell and humidity due tu the swimming pool inside the suite.
The hotel reception behavior was pathetic! We had need up checking out even if we paid for 2 days (no money returned or even offered).
