"My family of 4 absolutely loved this resort. Stunningly beautiful views of Pienza and the Tuscan hill country. Quiet. Relaxed. Luxurious Italian farmland. Loved it and want to return. Was the only place in Italy my family was very sad to leave. The restaurant was great. Breakfast included was very good. Room was beautiful- we were in a 2 bedroom apartment."

"Whilst the infrastructure and location were classic Tuscany, the hospitality (staff engagement & food) were underwhelming. It never felt welcoming & it was challenging to discern who were the owners, staff or guests. It was often unclear how their systems operated, ie how to purchase wine/drinks, when dinner or breakfast would be available & the service was extremely slow.
