"Exceptional views from this property. The room was for 4. It had a rustic farm house vibe. Unfortunately there was mold in the bathroom and a nest of spiders in the beams above the bed (which my husband was happy to sleep under - so we ignored). There is no noise insulation between floors and you can hear other guests above you, but everyone was respectful and noise minimal. The spare blankets in the cupboard needed a wash and were unusable. "Friendly staff and great food! We had a Saturday dinner on arrival (pricier than weekday dinners but the pici pasta and florentina steaks were delicious) which was really a wonderful experience. The breakfast was tasty. Staff were always friendly. The property is great for walking around and so picturesque. "

"The property is gorgeous, well kept, and is very clean. The rooms are very large. Staff is great and speaks fluent English, they really want you to have the best time. The one hour free at the spa is amazing and so relaxing. Pool is a little cold but perfect on a hot Tuscan day. We did not eat at the restaurant but the breakfast was nice. The hotel is very close to everything. Really should be a 4 or 5 star hotel. "
