Absolutely one of the best stays we’ve had in a while. To start with the staff was so nice and welcoming. They made us feel right at home for moment one. Clean rooms, affordable and walkable to everything in the old quarter and right down the road from the Sunday walking market and south gate markets. This is not or first time to the area and we will be back. Maybe found our home away from home. Thank you to the staff here.

This hotel is a hidden gem! Before we arrived we had no idea what to expect. Once we arrived, we felt like we were treated like family! The room was very spacious, very clean and quite comfortable! The hotel staff treats you like a family member! The young ladies at the front desk gave us excellent information about the night markets, restaurants and shopping. We got our laundry washed, iron and folded and it was very inexpensive. The most important thing is that this place is inside ‘the square’, or the Old City walls, so all of the best food and shopping is literally all around you. Super easy to walk! An amazing restaurant and souvenir shop is literally right down the road called See You Soon. One of the best Green Curry meals I’ve EVER had is a place nearby called Cha Da, maybe 5 minute walk or less. Best of all, I always use Get Your Guide in every city around the world to book tours and the van will literally pick you up out front of this hotel! The pool is small but nicely placed and very comfortable for hot days after touring. This place is magnificent, and I’m not kidding! We plan on retiring in Thailand and this place will always be go to for us to stay or have family stay. We love it! One last thing, the restaurant upstairs on the 3rd floor is a secret spot! The chef up there makes delicious, legit Thai food. Even if you don’t stay here, drop by just to eat dinner upstairs, you won’t regret it! Highly recommend this place!

The property itself was beautiful and clean with mostly friendly staff. The pool was nice, the rooms were nice and well kept. Issue number 1: no real hot water from shower or sink. I know thailand hotels have this problem hit or miss but I almost avoided showering when rain hit Chiang Mai because I would be colder due to no hot water. Rarely even warm water. If there is a level below warm that’s what it was and even that was inconsistent. Issue number 2: NOISE. Whether it was neighbors slamming doors, dragging heavy tables across the floor or the staff working around the rooms there was SO MUCH NOISE often early in the AM it even late at night. They have these wind chimes in the pool area that might drive you absolutely crazy while trying to sleep.

This was one of our all-time favorite places! The manager helped us plan everything each day, including hooking us up with drivers, and taught us a lot about the language and culture. All of the staff were so kind and helpful and we felt so welcome and at home. We were traveling with two little kids and they were all so great with them. They even got to know our coffee drink in the morning. Our room was huge and had a couch/chairs/sitting area and an adorable balcony. The pool was a nice retreat as well. This boutique hotel was beyond amazing and exceeded any expectations. It is also in a great location in the old city. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. We loved it here so much!

This hotel have beautiful pictures and good staff, but so many problems and no manager to fix it. They move the routers that give WiFi around as guests come and go so internet is hopeless. The pool doesn’t seem to have a filter so it’s very dirty. And there was electrical problems during my stay. I left 3 days before I was supposed to. Asked for a refund for these days and god rejected. Some days at this hotel was nice. Some days was really bad. This hotel could be much better with a manager to look after the property right.

님만2박, 올드타운2박했습니다. 스탭분들 친절하시고 큐트하십니다. family room 에 묵었는데 제가 알기로는 몇 없는 방 중 가장 면적 큰 걸로 알고 있어요. 성인 3(가족여행)이 갔기 때문에 베드2개 뿐만이 아니라 서로 공간이 좀 필요할 것 같아서 큰방으로 예약 했는데 좋았습니다. 수영장도 바로 내려다 보이고 수영장이 진짜 킬포... 낮, 밤 다 이쁩니다. 수영장 길이는 짧은데 깊이는 1.4~1.6 돼서 물에 빠진 느낌 납니다 ㅎㅎㅎ 조식은 낫배드인데 그래도 안 먹고 나가는 것보단 나아서 저흰 챙겨 먹었어요. 다른 호텔 조식 드시러 가보는 것도 괜찮을 것 같습니다. 비행기 시간이 늦어서 1시쯤 레이트체크아웃 했습니다. (그 이상하면 숙소 가격의 `1/2 지불해야한다고 합니다.) 숙소에서 nigth bazar 가기 괜찮고 위생 그렇게 신경 안 쓰이신다면 가보시는 걸 추천합니다. 올드타운이여서 그런지 호텔이 꽤 오래 된 것 같았어요. 그래서 장식품이나 컨디션이 완전 깨끗하진 않았지만 그래도 태국의 혼이 깃든 인테리어인거 같아서 괜찮았습니다. 엄마가 되게 만족해 하셨어요. family room 킹사이즈1, 슈싱1, 에어컨 2대나 있습니다. 잘 나와요. 가족분들끼리 가신다면 더 좋은 숙소도 많지만 잔잔하게 조용히 즐길 분들에게 더할나위 없는 장소 입니다.
