Staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. Wonderful location. It’s a quiet hotel but super convenient to everything the Old City has to offer. Walkable! Good breakfast, nice cold and refreshing pool, comfortable rooms. Would definitely stay here again!

We booked for a weekend trip to Chiang Mai and I would recommend Goldenbell. We really enjoyed the staff. They were super friendly and extremely courteous. The breakfast was good for the price, and the street food and vendors a short 2 minute walk from the hotel was perfect.

Lovely staff at this hotel, right next to the Saturday walking street market and only a 10 minute walk away from the Sunday night walking street. Breakfast was ok, good coffee. Room was spacious and sheets/bed was comfy.

Property is in a convenient location. One minute walk to Old City, Chiang Mai Gate, lots of restaurants around. Hotel breakfast is good, thumbs up ! Front desk staff very helpful. Hotel is a bit old but very clean and staff are friendly. Will stay again.

There were ants throughout the space, especially in the bathroom, and nothing could be left out without them getting into it. To make matters worse, the refrigerator wasn’t working, which was very inconvenient. That said, the staff were excellent and the breakfast was good.

Located just south of the moat, this hotel is fairly central and close to several shops and outside food stalls on the northern side of the moat. A short walk due north through the town takes one to Wat Chedi Luang, a major attraction in the city.

I absolutely liked Golden bell hotel Chiangmai! The staff warmly welcomed the guest and the atmosphere of the room was very cozy. Breakfast was also very casual and satisfying! If I get another chance to visit Chiangmai, I'll check-in this lovely hotel once again, without hesitation! :-)

This property was very close to the street market and any street food that you want to enjoy. As well as many options for restaurant eating. The staff was extremely helpful. If I had any complaint at all, it would be that the mattress on the bed was pretty hard but the location is perfect!
