We arrived after a long flight, to find there was no room for us. The lobby looked nice and the girl who met us was kind and helpful and got us in another comparable hotel just around the corner. We were disappointed in not having been let know, before we arrived.

Last few days of staying wasn’t quite good. There was noise from renovation and no any notice to guests. Staff are nice and room cleaned but too many mosquitoes need to do pest control.

Nice hotel beautiful style but
Hotel beautiful staff excellent but was disappointed with the fact that the Japanese guests did not consider other people were sleeping and we're very noisy on arrival in and out whatever time of day I thought the staff would have pointed this out but no one seemed to be bothered for this reason only I would not stay again
