"Breakfast is great. Tilted towards Asian cuisine as you would expect, but it includes an open grill with a chef to prepare any eggs you want. Plenty of fresh fruit, cereal, toast, and a buffet of asian cuisine that I didn't explore but many did. Overall a great value. Rooms could stand to be freshened, could use new carpet in the halls, but definitely not 'run down'. Just needs a little refresh to match the rest of the property. Junior and Executive suites are over 600 sqft so very roomy and comfortable."

"Honestly, I didn’t expect much from this hotel, but I was pleasantly surprised from the moment I arrived. The entrance felt private and secure, with 24/7 security at the door, and the lobby was spacious, modern, and welcoming. I booked a superior king room for three adults and was a bit worried it might feel cramped—but it turned out to be much bigger than expected. We were placed on the 29th floor, which gave us incredible views over Bangkok, something we really enjoyed throughout the stay. Before arriving, I emailed the hotel to let them know we were celebrating my parents’ anniversary. They went the extra mile and arranged a complimentary cake with a card, which was such a thoughtful and appreciated surprise. The pool on the 30th floor was another highlight—beautiful setting, great atmosphere, and amazing city views. Breakfast was served on the 19th floor in a stylish, modern restaurant with lovely views. The selection was decent, though it felt a bit more like lunch than breakfast at times, with items like chicken, curries, and spring rolls alongside the usual eggs and fruits. It might just reflect local culture, but personally, I’d rate the breakfast a solid 7/10. On departure, we had an early flight and were going to miss breakfast, but the staff were very accommodating and arranged a takeaway breakfast with whatever we wanted—great service and a really nice touch. "The room was very clean, there is a whole folder devoted to telling you what the fine is for damaging items or taking them (4 pages of them in fact which is a new one for us). The staff were ok, nothing more. The breakfast was varied, we just had toast because we aren’t used to eating actual meals or sushi for breakfast. The air conditioning worked well and the tv had Netflix which was a welcome change. We got a taxi to the airport in the morning and that cost 150 baht so worth it to get dropped off straight outside departures. "

"In general it was an amazing stay. Clean room, amazing staff, great shuttle, the breakfast is amazing, do yourself a favor and add it to your stay, you can't go wrong. I rated the stay good instead of excellent. In truth it was excellent. The only issue, and in April in Bangkok this will sound crazy but the room was frigid cold. It was very difficult to change and when we did it defaulted back to the frigid cold setting. For most Farang it was probably the perfect setting. For Thai people, it was way to cold. Not sure how that is fixed but Foreigners will love that aspect."

"Booked for one night before an early flight from Don Mueang Airport. An excellent hotel, 10 minutes from the airport. Shuttle service available for a small fee. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean; rooms a good size and nicely kept. Modern decor. There is an also a kitchen area on the ground floor of each block where you can get hot or cold water to make drinks in your room. A reasonably priced hotel very professionally run."
