They warmly welcomed us despite our late-night arrival. The facilities are clean. The room is also spotless and comfortable. The AC was blowing way too strong, so you might need to turn it off or adjust it. The shower drainage was a bit slow.

Newly refurbished rooms. So they are super clean and have everything you need. Staff were great as we had one of our rooms upgraded. Special thanks to both Expedia and the hotel who managed to change my dates despite it being my mistake and the original booking not being flexible. Great customer service!!

Not very impressed by this property, it is convenient if you are flying from DMK airport, there is an overpass walkway from the airport. Upon entering one of the staff members was wearing a thuglife hat which I thought was extremely weird and unprofessional, none the less the lighting in the public areas is a bright artificial white which makes it feel like your in a cheap office building. The elevator is through a labyrinth of back passageways, I thought we accidentally were in the service elevator but no we were at the main elevator. Anyway we got to the room, the room was nice and somewhat renovated, what wasn’t nice was upon going out in the balcony the neighboring balcony which is completely visible (zero privacy) had paint chipping from the ceiling and giant pieces of paint on the floor, it almost looked completely abandoned so not sure if some rooms are derelict and abandoned but was definitely strange and off putting. Other than that the hotel did its job we stayed for 1 night and flew out of DMK the next day.
