Me contacté con el hotel antes de mi llegada para solicitarles el servicio de shuttle y nunca contestaron, hasta lo noche de mi llegada que hablé para pedir que me lo enviaran y fue cuando me informaron que no lo tenían disponible; esto hace una diferencia de entre 25 y 30 usd para cada traslado, es decir 60 usd en total, lo que ya lo situa en el rango de precio de otros...

"The staff did not mention the airport shuttle requires reservation. When I missed the shuttle, the front desk was unhelpful and condescending, very poor customer service. The shuttle driver was unfriendly too. I ended up calling an Uber for $11.
The room was nice and spacious though. Walls are a bit thin, but it wasn't a busy night."
