"Old, scratched, and in places broken furniture; a thick layer of dust on the bathroom exhaust fan; uncleaned hair on the floor left by previous guests; dried spit on the wall and neighbors jumping around on the floor upstairs. Guys, you have grossly overestimated the nightly rate for your rooms."
