"Our room was "picked up," not "clean." There was long hairs stuck to the bathroom walls and inside the shower from previous guests. Overall, the walls and table surfaces could use a good scrubbing, because there was dirt/food buildup and smudges throughout. In retrospect, I should have just spent the extra $20-$30 to stay at a nearby Super 8, Motel 6 or Best Western."

"We chose this hotel because it has the kitchenette and we knew we wanted to be cost efficient on food and beverages. If I had known that they don’t do housekeeping everyday and that you must request it I never would have booked the room. On day 3 they stopped by while we were gone and restocked the coffee and hand towels, that was it, didn’t make beds, restock bath towels, (I had to go begging for more and get eye rolls like I was such an inconvenience) they definitely didn’t vacuum or do dishes...

"Breakfast was good. We enjoyed the variety but orange juice was only available the first morning we ate breakfast. This morning they ran out of plain bagels and the berry waffle mix. Staff was great- very attentive and addressed a barking dog the first night promptly when another guest told them at the desk(the room with the dog was by our room so we had noticed it as well)"

"There was no charging port in the room, the clock was not attached to anything and the cords were frayed. The room did not have a black out shade so my room was fully sun filled from 0515 till 2030. The hair dryer needs to be replaced. Room 320."

"Booked room before I read reviews. Was a bit hesitant but had a good experience. Room was quite large and very clean. Comfortable bed and very quiet! Clean hot shower, appreciated the new laminate flooring! Much more sanitary than carpet. Breakfast area was fully stocked - nice strong coffee! Only negative was the hallway carpet could stand to be cleaned."

"Our room was spacious. They didn't have a coffeemaker in the room since the coffee was available 24/7 in the lobby. The towels were very thin, the toilet paper felt like it was 1-ply. The shower in the room was dripping half of the water via the spout below since the mechanism wasn't working properly. That left us with very low pressure showers on the 4th floor."

On the morning of May 30, I attempted to make coffee in my room, only to discover that the coffee maker was not working. Before leaving for the day, I stopped by the front desk and informed the staff of the problem. I explained that I had been inconvenienced by having to purchase coffee from Starbucks instead of using the in-room coffee maker. There were two employees at the front desk, and one of them assured...

"Booked a King size room. Arrived bed dirty hair on the pillows and in the sheets. Went to ask staff at the desk for another room. Stated they were all gone. Which the next morning found out that was not correct. Asked for clean sheets to change the bedding myself. Was given a full fitted sheet. Had to tell the front desk girl this is not the right size. Horrible service would not recommend."
