"It was expensive, but it was the least expensive hotel I could find in Downtown Chicago. It's only a few blocks away from where The Architecture Tour starts, and it's right on The Chicago River where you can have a relaxing walk by the river. The only negative to this hotel, and it's not the hotel's fault, but it's directly across the street from The Trump Tower."

"This should not be rated as a 4 star property. It is 3 stars at best. I was very disappointed in the room. The bathroom was very dated and honestly not the cleanest. The shower head had mildew and the grout was very stained. One of the bath towels was stained, as was the bedding. I did not feel comfortable in this room. My door was directly next to my neighbors, so when they entered and exited their room it sounded as though someone was trying to break into my room. Having a river view is nice,...
