Clean Room, only thing I can complain about was the smell. I very strange smell something that can be ignored after awhile. Other than that everything was nice.

I paid for a room with two beds and they gave me one with one bed and told me that they will cancel if I didn’t want that one and after my girl argued with them they agreed to give me one with two bed but charge me extra 50 dollars for something that I already paid bathroom was nasty and room smells bad

The hotel, and staff was nice, however, the amenities at the hotel was not good. There was only one garbage can in the room, no iron or ironing board in the room, no laundry facility, and the pool was not working. I was little disappointed at my stay.

Okay was okay the shower had hair alll over and a dirty floor. The actual room looked unswept. Staff were nice. Only one so it was a wait to check in and out.

Stayed here for one night due to the storms and tornadoes and power being out of my house. The satellite dish went out due to it raining so I wasn’t able to watch TV but we could’ve watched Netflix however, the hotel lobby staff did not make that suggestion, and I didn’t realize that until the morning when it was almost time to check out, it’s a basic hotel with no bells and whistles as the workout room was very small and didn’t even really have anything. For the amount of money that they charge per room for a night that price is ridiculous. got somewhat of a deal for the room due to ordering it off of Expedia vs the hotels website and me having credits on Expedia otherwise I would’ve never paid the stated room price.

Everything was bad - worse experience. Room was not prepared - had to make the bed and linens before checkin. missing toiletries and trash bags. Elevators were smelling bad. Top of all they never returned my security deposit - had to dispute it through credit card as no one was picking up the call.

I am still waiting for my deposit to be returned! I checked out Thursday and its only Monday so I will give them until tomorrow before I call. The staff wasn't always at the counter and breakfast wasn't always available but the room was clean.

The initial room given had not been cleaned since previous guests left. The front desk person did issue a new room that was clean. Overall the room was clean. However the mattress had a huge dip in the bed and AC leaked water everywhere. The stairwells had not been vacuumed in days it appeared. I didn't use amnenities and the rates were hiked due to power outages in the area and overflow of demand vs supply.

We didn’t like anything about it . We had to check out early room was so nasty . There was urine in blood stains. On sheets. We didn’t get any sleep had to sit up on couch all night. Had to convert to one room . Checked out early that morning couldn’t stay another night
