"Good for couple days"

"Amazing stay for the price. Staff on the reception was always helpful in our two night stay. They guided us through the stay as it was our first time in Chicago. Shuttle service was efficient. Breakfast had cheese omelets, sausage, cereal, peanut butter, fruits, coffee/tea etc. Overall happy with the stay."

"The hotel overall was pleasant. The front desk clerk on check in was very helpful. We were able to check in early but didn't realize until we got to the room due to fatigue....that was a plus. She called a can for us when we decided to sight see. The restaurant staff was pleasant and the good was good for breakfast and dinner. Checking out....it wasn't a terrible experience but felt like the staff was just waiting to clock out. Understandable after doing overnight but we ended up calling for...

"As soon as we entered our room, it smelled very musty/almost moldy and the carpets were not vacuumed and dirty. My partner was sick so we booked a hotel for the night so she could feel better, but we woke up in morning feeling like we should have asked to switch rooms at least"
