"Clean room, great position, but small room and bed not queen as reserved, old amenities. No fridge. "

"The stay was nice however my reservation was supposed to include early chk in and out. I arrived at 230p and my room was not available. I was offered a down grade. Went to lunch returned at 430p and was told it still was not ready. Again offered to downgrade my room from a deluxe to a standard double queen. After voicing my displeasure I was then put into an available room. Why wasn't it just offered to begin with. Anyways, the rooftop bar and lounge was cool. Dj played a great variety of genre. We didn't stay late thought maybe 1030-11p. Overall it's a great location and a good price. Cheaper to self park in the garage directly across the street or use the ParkWhiz app."

"It was extremely dusty as if no one had been in there for months. Went to the front desk to ask for washcloths since there weren’t any in our room and I was told someone was gonna bring them up. NO ONE CAME! There’s also no water fountains or ice on the floors, you’ll have to pay $3 for bottles. They are not worth it and extremely unprofessional."

"Was woken up at 8:30 am to construction happening above me, not ideal! Really disappointed that the staff never even mentioned the possible noise at check in. Staff couldn't be bothered with my complaint and I had to work until check out with annoying drilling and hammering."

"I stay at the Congress quite often and my experience is always amazing. This time wasn't I arrived early therefore my room wasn't ready so I took what they had no knowing the condition of the room The tub was clogged so while showering the water was filling up the remote didn't work so we couldn't watch TV the air didn't work it was extremely hot in the room. No one answered when I called and no one was at the front desk. When I checked out I wrote everything down and passed it to the front desk agent and he bald it up in my face. Although this was a bad example it's only one out of many beautiful extremely It is a amazing hotel with a beautiful view of the lake and other attractions so I will be returning"
