The room was clean, and parking was convenient just remember to get a pass to avoid being towed. The internet wasn’t working, and the cable service was poor, with many channels not functioning, so a discount would have been nice. However, the bed was freshly made, and my stay was comfortable overall.

Great spot with free stays for pets

If you need a clean place to stay with free parking that allows free pets this is the spot for you. It's a no frills and safe spot to lay your head down. The front desk is excellent and friendly and it's conveniently located near O'Hare. My cats enjoyed it.

It was basically everything you expected from a motel 6. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping is there daily to change towels and collect the trash. The beds are comfortable and they installed new windows in all of the rooms. Except for the fruit flies, Rollie pollies, and spiders in my room, I enjoyed my stay. I only wished all their rooms had at least a refrigerator and more than one microwave for use in the lobby, or at least clean the microwave out daily. Also no WIFI available during my entire stay.

Good bed, not good WiFi.

Check-in was fine. The room was very basic as expected at this type of motel, but clean and in decent condition. The bed was good. The WiFi was terrible. This motel didn't have an airport shuttle. Lyft from the airport was around $30 (not including tax and tip).

The room they put us in was dirty, rat feces all along the walls. Gross, we ask if we can be moved to another room, and the clerk tells us they have no more rooms, my wife looks online and they have plenty of rooms to reserve online, we show her the phone and available rooms, so she tells us she’s going to put us in another room and it’s going to cost us more, we both look at her and state we’re moving because the room is unfit to stay in. So she says ok. Awful service and rooms.

The room was clean and provided just what I needed -- a bed, a shower, a TV. I only stayed one night. While it is very close to O'Hare airport, the room was quiet. The air-conditioning unit acted like a white noise machine. Still I did not hear the traffic. The parking lot could use a repaving. All in all, pretty good at a good price.

Uncomfortable beds

Staff was friendly. Room was clean but needs updated. Bathroom super tiny, not even big enough to dress in. Was disappointed that there wasn’t a refrigerator in the room. The only real issue we had was the terrible beds. The bed frames were old and flimsy and the mattress’s were so uncomfortable we barely slept. Will not return for that reason alone.

Windows lock no working, dirt wall on the room, very strong smell on the room (like mold) and on the corridors (like bleach), restroom's door didn't close well, shower has link and spread water all around and in the sealing too (area with a black spot like mold). We ask another room, but it was worse than ours. Very noise AC. I don't know how Expedia show 8 points, very good on this kind of hotel. Expedia need to make sure the revision is made by real person and reflect a reasonable mean.

This was by far the worst motel experience of my life. First of all, there's no Wi-Fi—yes, in 2025! When I asked about it, the staff falsely claimed it was just "down for an hour." Later, I found out there’s no Wi-Fi at all. Completely misleading. The room had no microwave, no refrigerator, and even the TV didn’t work. The room was unclean, smelled bad, and there were bugs crawling around. The only thing that worked properly was the AC. Worst of all, this place felt unsafe. There were random men hanging around near the entrance at night, acting shady and making inappropriate faces—especially concerning if you're with women or family. It was extremely uncomfortable. I stayed here for 3 nights, and it was an absolute nightmare.
DO NOT BOOK THIS MOTEL. Spend your money somewhere safe, clean, and honest.

This is one of the better Motel 6 stays. The service wasn’t over the top, but what can you expect out of Motel 6? Overall, the stay was good. That’s all that mattered to us. The location a bit far but that’s okay bc the price was lower than others in town.
