Whirlpool tub was great, sheets bedding and towels were clean and great quality. The air conditioning was super cold! The room itself could use some updates like new carpet and maybe a smart tv but overall our stay was perfect!

Everything was great. Not sure if the motel knows that the plug in the whirlpool doesn’t stay unplugged. You have to sit there for like 20 minutes holding it open for the water to drain. Also, don’t know if they’re aware that

Worth it

Jacuzzi in the room was AWESOME! But probably the most uncomfortable bed I’ve slept in since the 80’s. Only a thin useless blanket and the A/C only had two settings…arctic tundra or off. The room could only be 100 degrees or 50 degrees. No middle ground. But it was wonderful to get away and the price was right, so two thumbs up!

Only thing I didn’t like is who ever cleaning the rooms not clean it real good or sanitizing I had ants around my Jacuzzi tub because somebody had probably previous had beer in there and it was a beer bottle top so I had to clean it myself. The shower was nasty. I wasn’t able to take a shower I had to just wash up. when I pay that type of money, I expect to be able to take showers and relax without having to clean it. The overall experience is cool. The customer service is very great.

I was told thr it would be a 100 deposit once we arrived and they also said that there atm had a charge charge of 3 dollars so once I left to get the money from a Walgreens I realized I was doing to much to get it hotel if I would have known tht I wouldn’t have booked

This was clearly a hookup motel. The rude staff was behind glass. There was only one person allowed in the “lobby”, which was the size of a bathroom, at a time. There was a cash ONLY deposit required for a hot tub suite. There was an ATM in the “lobby”, which also had a fee. The rules were no one under 21, which was a very good rule. When we turned the TV on, it was on channel “DVD1” which was an extremely graphic adult movie. “DVD2” was the same. There was a wedge pillow on the king sized bed. At the foot of the bed there were two easy-to-clean chairs set up as if it was a viewing area. The hot tub was huge and could fit two people laying down which was in the corner. The corner was completely mirrored. The bed and hot tub were clean. The floor didn’t have any carpet which would make you assume they would mop occasionally. It was very dirty. Going from the hot tub to several feet away to sit down to put socks on, our feet were black. It was disgusting to think of what was on the floor. There was black mold/mildew on the bottom of the bathroom door. There was also a mattress propped up against the end of one of the building. People were smoking pot outside.

The staff was wonderful. Got a king room with jacuzzi. Room was clean and spacious. Bed was very comfortable. Area was quiet with plenty of restuarants and shopping nearby. Close to downtown Chicago. Will definitely recommend! Will be back!

Nice front desk and cleaning people, but im upset that my hot tub in my room was beyond dirty. We ran it with bleach to help clean and it still was pushing out garbage from the jets. Comfy bed with microwave and fridge.

Fine and Far from Fancy

Room was serviceable, not gross but in no way extravagant. Bed was fine, TV was very unreliable, shower was very weak, and the tub looked nothing like the pictures on the app. Half the outlets didn't work and there were multiple cigarette burns on the sheets and chairs. Wouldn't say I was disappointed, got what I paid for! 👍

We came into the city for a 3 night event at the United Center. Easy check in and out process. Room was pretty clean and mostly quiet. Could update carpets. We were comfortable. Would have enjoyed a little extra lighting and outlets. Jacuzzi tub worked great! We had an emergency and the front desk was there to help within 20 minutes. We will be back!

Property is not kept clean, nothing in place for a hotel. No microwave or even to give you just hot water. The staff don't make any effort to meet the need of the customer. First room I was checked in had a leaking roof. The rooms smell dusky and carpet is dirty. Will not come back.

The property itself doesn’t look like much from the outside but the room we got was pretty cool. I chose this hotel specifically to have a nice big tub (that should be added in the filters when searching for a hotel on Expedia in my opinion ). We got a jacuzzi tub room with a fridge and a microwave. Some of the other reviews said they didn’t have a fridge so I’m not sure if all the rooms have them but ours did . The jacuzzi was clean and worked well. It’s highly inconvenient that they make you pay the security deposit in cash, they don’t accept card for the deposit. They also don’t allow visitors and are really weird whenever there's any type of activity right outside your room. I’m not talking about rowdy activity or anything crazy but as simple as a person walking by. I assume this is due to the location and they must’ve been burned before but it made us extremely uneasy . They called me once on my cell number provided and then a few hours later on the room phone when we came in and out of the room. If not for that I’d say it was a decent stay and there’s a great falafel place near by.
