"The staff was exceptional from the curb to the maintenance staff! The onsite cafe was reasonably price and food was excellent! In room coffee was the best I’ve ever had in a hotel. Room was spacious, well appointed and clean. Beds (even the hid-a-bed were comfortable. Parking was a bit pricey, but it’s Chicago downtown!"

"I was there for 3 days and they didn’t clean the room, i call from desk and I sent a text and the number that they gave it to me and they say yes we will clean your room, but nobody shut up. I had to be calling every day to get clean towels. "

"The hotel and room was pretty standard for a hotel in downtown Chicago. There was water stations on every floor to fill water bottles, the staff was very friendly, and there was self-service check-in & check-out. Only negative was the doors to the rooms were very loud, louder than other hotels I’ve been at and it felt like all hours of the night and early morning people were coming and going with slamming the doors. Sleep wasn’t as great bc of it but not much you can control besides other guests trying to not let the door slam."

"There are 3 Ambassadors pretty much on the same intersection. GPS got confused. Bartender was super nice, breakfast was good, no complaints."
