I've stayed twice, the first in a suite and the second in a single room. The suite offers much more space and features, such as a sink and microwave. The single is compact but suitable for a few days stay. The hotel lobby has basic items such as coffee and utensils with a bonus of fresh popcorn. It's a good place to stay when you are on the side of town. Bonus of you are a base all fan, the entire hotel is baseball themed :)

Nice historical building in quiet Lakeview. Chicago Cubs theme throughout. Solid place to stay. I didn't give it all 5's because this place is old and unless it is gut renovated, it won't have that clean, look and feel of a newer building. The staff were friendly. Our room was large with a separate bedroom and living space. The bed was comfortable, and the shower water pressure good and hot. I would recommend this hotel and will no doubt stay there again.

Great stay & great location! Friendly staff!! Be aware the elevator is super small and there isn't a coffee maker in the room (at least not in ours), but they do have coffee available in the lobby area. Our stay was wonderful, though, and parking was in a secure area around the corner. I'd definitely stay again!!

Our travels only allowed us to stay here one night, but would have loved to stay there longer. As a baseball fan, I really enjoyed the decorations. Everything was very clean, which made me feel very comfortable.
