All three windows had no view at all. When I brought it up to staff they said that the room qualified as a Lake View and would not reimburse me or move me to another room. "Overall stay was excellent. Coffee always available in the morning. You could order your breakfast meal at reasonable prices, and it was prepared quickly and efficiently. Ambience is fun and hip! Easy walking to the train station and major attractions in downtown Chicago. Close to Whole Foods!"

"Clean sleek room & bathroom! Staff was friendly and courteous! They have a breakfast buffet and I was expecting something simple and walked right into a 5 star breakfast and setup! The view from my room was mid because I was facing other people rooms in another hotel .. however I was on the 26 floor which was lit! Will be back soon!"
