"Very disappointed in the cleanliness"

"Clean clean Beautiful view of the River Helpful staff loved that I could check in early with a 50$ charge"

"Staff was kind and helpful. Location was convenient"

"Tried to check in staff kept saying my room wasn’t available he wanted to cancel my room and I go elsewhere which was extremely inconvenient I waited to speak to someone else who helped me but the pull out couch fits a child and very uncomfortable won’t stay again"

"I like this hotel. It is clean and quiet. The front desk staff is really friendly and helpful. I think it is a good value compared to the hotel chains. It is convenient to the Art Institute and the Magnificent Mile. Although I am an infrequent visitor to Chicago, this is where I stay."

"Great view, calming. Everything is within walking distance. Some confusion from vendor to vendor on what was included. All in all, we would stay again."

"Great room, comfy, cozy and clean. Definitely a bargain for the location and high quality of the place. James the doorman was professional and courteous, with warm and genuine welcome every time you come in."
