"This was a nice property however, it was false advertising they stated their double bed room had a chaise/couch but it was only a single chair. They stated they had a pool but not at this location. The beds were not queen size more so twin size ."

"The staff was welcoming and helpful. "Marcus" was friendly and very accommodating to our family. We appreciated being greeted by his smile every day! We were grateful for the convenience of being able to walk to the Field Museum and Shedd Aquarium in Chicago."

"Hi! This is likely more an Expedia glitch but I was expecting a room that sleeps 4 as advertised on the Expedia site but it was only a king and a couch that was not a hide-a-bed so it really only slept 3 somewhat comfortably. This was not ideal for our family of 4. I asked for a different room but they were booked so we had to make it work. Additionally, the AC turned off in the middle of the night and we could not get it back on so it became pretty warm."

"The hotel staff were great! Everyone was cheerful and helpful. Special shout out to the weekday chef, he was outgoing, fun and efficiently moved people through the made to order breakfast line! The room was large and clean. Bed linens were very basic. The air could not be turned lower than 68 and that was not efficient to keep the room cool. The pool is extremely small for the number of rooms the hotel has. It was jam packed every time the kids wanted to swim. The breakfast area is large but...

"Had to keep switching rooms until we found one where the toilet actually flushed, the air conditioning actually worked, and the carpet wasn’t soaking wet. After three room changes, we opened mini fridge to find someone’s old leftovers."
