"Loved our stay here. Everything was clean, our room was nice. We were able to check in early since a room was available and the lady at the front desk was kind. "Staff was incredibly helpful, friendly and kind! Terrell at the front desk was helpful, greeted us with a big smile and welcomed us to the Arlo! C from ALK onsite restaurant was friendly, and answered all oir questions about the dinner menu. She found out it was my birthday and even provided me with a complimentary bday dessert! The room was clean and super comfy! We will continue to stay here when in downtown Chicago!"
