"The service at the Langham is incredible; from check in to check out. It is a very clean, beautiful property. All the amenities- room service, housekeeping, concierge services, the indoor pool- all top notch. Spacious rooms. Amazing for kids. We were extremely happy with this hotel. "

"Recently stayed at the Springhill Suites/River North. Could not have picked a better location for the first time in Chicago. Tons of local dining options. Close to landmarks. Easily walked to the Magnificient Mile(Michigan Ave) Walked to the subway to go to Wrigley Field and the United Center. Hotel was excellent. Clean, the staff was excellent in all areas. Free breakfast was fresh and good. Highly recommend overall."

"We had a great stay. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. They held our baggage for us before and after check in which was very convenient as we had early flight in and late flight out well passed check in time. The room was nice and clean. Appreciated that the kitchen in our room had supplies. Bed was comfy. I would definitely stay here again!"

"one of the best hotels I have stayed at in Chicago. Great staff. Great restaurant and rooftop bar on the fifth floor. Location is within walking distance of most everything on Michigan Ave. Room was great , bathroom great, beds great. Would and have already highly recommended this hotel to several people. "Great location for site seeing and touring Chicago. Very friendly staff, amenities were very nice. Room was really spacious with separate living room and kitchen area. Breakfast was a nice start to the day. Room wasn’t cleaned one night but front desk quickly brought fresh towels. Indoor pool wasn’t heated so was quite chilly. "
