"The hotel was cute, aesthetic and wonderful smelling (hello Hotel Lobby scent) and the front desk staff were all exceptionally kind and helpful. The king room we had was a tad small, but as expected given the location. Do note that the bathroom door is only a sliding ‘barn door’ style and does not entirely enclose it. The location was excellent, close to Millennium Park, the River, and right on the Miracle Mile. We personally had a good view, but did see that some of the other rooms looked...

"We had a great stay overall! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the hotel was very clean and well maintained. One thing to note is that parking at the hotel is limited. We found that Greenway Self Park Garage, about 0.1 miles away, was a great alternative. If you book a spot through SpotHero, you can usually get a better price.
