Customer service was awesome. Of going to Chicago I recommend taking the hotel shuttle back to the airport and grabbing the train from there.

This hotel was an excellent location for the concert we attended at the Rosemont Theater. All we had to do was cross the street. We would stay there again. Hopefully not when Exxxotica is in town.
