"Cheerful staff."

"Tried to check in staff kept saying my room wasn’t available he wanted to cancel my room and I go elsewhere which was extremely inconvenient I waited to speak to someone else who helped me but the pull out couch fits a child and very uncomfortable won’t stay again"

"Very disappointed in the cleanliness"

"Beautiful lobby, great location, outdated room, bathroom should’ve been gutted and redone long ago. Mold in the shower caulk, and the bathroom door wouldn’t close properly because it had swelled from long exposure to moisture. Two inch gap at the bottom of the door let in light from the hallway. Shower gel dispenser was empty and I couldn’t find the tv remote. On the plus side the bed was very comfortable."

"I like this hotel. It is clean and quiet. The front desk staff is really friendly and helpful. I think it is a good value compared to the hotel chains. It is convenient to the Art Institute and the Magnificent Mile. Although I am an infrequent visitor to Chicago, this is where I stay."

"Lovely stay. Great location. Comfortable beds. Will stay again."

"Great room, comfy, cozy and clean. Definitely a bargain for the location and high quality of the place. James the doorman was professional and courteous, with warm and genuine welcome every time you come in."
