"Our room was 1721 we barely slept we complained to the staff no one seemed to care staff was very rude. Rooms were clean tried to complain at check out Sunday front desk was overwhelmed and not helpful either. Will be making formal complain for the price and no rest is unacceptable"

This was one of the best hotel at an affordable price that I could remember that was so close so many landmark eateries. I just look for clean and comfortable with very good service. Unfortunately, this was not the case at the Silversmith.
