"The beds was terrible on the 12th floor we was dropping down into the beds very uncomfortable. The toilet were a little too low "

"3/5 stars, mainly because the air conditioning did not work in our room, but staff did provide a fan. The seal on the shower was broken and led to the floor getting very wet, but not a huge concern. Some dust and crumbs left on surfaces, but nothing of major concern. Overall a pleasant stay, just wish the AC would've worked. "

"Stayed several times. Cleanliness is always top notch. Rooms can sometimes be on the smaller side. Staff is always super friendly and helpful. Parking is so so. It would be much better if there was a valet service. "

"Gorgeous property, delicious breakfast but we were there on a 60 deg day and the heat was blasting in the room. We couldn't turn it off and were sweating all night. I had called to ask about turning it down and they said it wasn't possible as the A /C wasn't yet working. If it wasn't for that, the stay would be 5/5"

"Pictures are a little deceiving if you get a room that is a bit older, especially the bathroom. Really small. Our room needed new carpet (lots of stains). "

"Overall a great place. My only issue was that they charged us for 3 nights of valet @82.00, but we only had a car there for one night. "

"I would not recommend this property. It is very loud. The shower head dripped on the metal pan in the base of the shower all day and night. Additionally, the room is very dark."

"Really friendly staff and loved how comfortable my bed was. Beautiful view of the navy pier and a really nice bathroom with a tub and shower. Only complaint MIGHT be (nitpicking) the location being outside the downtown area instead of being central. But it was fairly quiet and still an enjoyable stay."

"We had a room that faced the river and had a great view. Our room was in decent shape but there was a constant smell of cigarette smoke. There wasn’t a fitted sheet on the bed, only a top sheet used as a fitted sheet. If using the valet parking option be cautious. My credit card company ended up putting a hold on my card because the valet had been trying to charge at least 6 different amounts over a day when I was told I would pay the total at the end of my stay. "
