"Arrived at midnight and will be leaving this morning. It’s such a lovely hotel, I so wish we missed staying in Miami and came here for a few days. It’s a special place, staff are lovely, standards are high, room is perfect, had a prob with TV they came up within 5 mins and fixed it. The free shuttle was efficient and quick. Breakfast was excellent as were the staff serving. Nothing was to much. Will def stay here again. Only thing I think they could improve on is have a few English...

"everything at Las Hortensia's was amazing. it's close to the airport, and the grounds are very clean and beautiful. the host is amazing. she scheduled a airport pickup for us, and arranged a taxi for the next day. my daughters loved the dogs on the property, and so did I and my wife. "Our first night was a bit rocky — our room was in the Historic area of the hotel, close to the road, and we could hear a neighboring dog barking. "I left too early for breakfast but had a wonderful $10 meal the evening before. The bungalow was not very big but plenty of room for myself and everything I needed was there. It was wrong, comfortable with DIRECTV and a hot shower. They arranged a $10 taxi ride to the airport, which took less than 15 minutes. The driver was there well before pick up time. Check out was simple and easy. We will be happy to stay there again on my next trip through Quito. "
