"Room was clean. Elevator was kind of rickety. They're doing construction on some parts of the hotel, so those parts were taped off. We could hear some loud cars until about 11:30pm, but then it was silent for the rest of the night. My teenage son slept on the window seat, just because he wanted to, and said it was comfy."

"Upon check-in, we did not get the 2 room types we reserved which were 2 queens in each and to compromise, we were given a 3rd room. But all rooms were single bed with pullout bed and not close to each other. This required my family to completely split up and wife and I to separate along with the kids. This caused a big inconvenience as we share toiletries, food, etc."

"The hot tub was green and the pool was in such disrepair it felt unsafe to even get in with chlorine tablets sitting right at the return and the light hanging out by the wire and sitting on the pool edge. With this being the only 2 search criteria I chose it was very disappointing to say the least. Also the room we were giving had a missing smoke alarm the wire was there hanging from the ceiling however.
