"I just want to start by saying that I'm extremely grateful that we had a place to lay our head for the night after traveling for hours. So initially, upon checking in, you see a nice clean lobby. Smells clean and everything. But it's very deceiving. The rooms we're moderately cleaned, and I say, moderately, because you can tell they tried.
