She wanted to know if we booked with Expedia, as if it was a problem, after being checked in there wasn't any HOT WATER the next attend said Let it run for 10min, i stated to her my 63 year old husband just took a COLD SHOWER, and the water is still COLD. "The breakfast was good. The rooms were dusty, and had pubic hair on the shower wall and floor. The area behind the bathroom door was truely filthy. The toilet leaked and rocked back and forth when sitting down. I was recommended this place by a waitress at Wintzels, and am sorry I stayed there. Proximity to the 65 was great, but there was no sound proofing, so every single truck that drove by, you heard."

"Charming small Hotel but needs renovations. Construction noise behind the Hotel was bothersome but not associated with the Hotel. Convenient to downtown Mobile. Lovely area. We didn’t know much about Mobile but it is a hidden gem of a city. "

"The rooms were filthy. It was Hair. The tubes was dirty. The knob on the tube had broken before we got there. We told them to fix it. They did not. We asked for clean towels and sheets. They told us know we asked for our room to be clean they said they don’t clean the rooms we would like a refund."
