"Esta propiedad la reservé con opción de pago durante la estancia pero se cobro automáticamente se hizo la reserva. El internet que ofrecen es muy básico y se pone lento. No viene equipado con ventilador o aire acondicionado para cubrir las horas de calor. La comunicación con los representantes del hotel es pobre. Los agentes de Expedia pésimos en darme asistencia con darme información de esta reserva. En general, la estancia estuvo aceptable por el precio pero pueden mejorar en cosas simples. "

"Room was clean and nice. Great location. Security staff was fantastic. Thank you Fabian. It main issue is the unit didn’t have hot water. Cold / lukewarm showers on cold Bogota mornings is not fun. The NOK staff were somewhat responsive so I am ok with that. Having to pay 25$US to have sheets and towels replaced mid stay seemed a bit expensive but I can live with that. I like the unit.
