The personal was lovely and very helping despite the language barrier. We could check in a little bit earlier than planned and thanks to that I had extra time for a bubble bath and swimming pool session. The garden is beautiful and everything is well maintained. The room was a bit small but that was expected and we only were there for two nights so not a problem. The finca is close to a main road in Chiconcuac which means that you can get out and look for restaurants easily. Overall, a great surprise after a whole week in a hectic Mexico City.

Arrived at 4am and property was locked. Tried ringing a bell at night but no answer. Was left outside the property for 15 minutes. Had to wake up one of my family members to go and look for the concierge to open the door for me. Inconvenient way of getting access into the property.

They did not respect my reservation, I booked and paid 3 rooms on Expedia and they did not honored. They sent me to another hotel known as Sky & Palms Hotel which I had to paid cash additionally. I was so disappointed and upset.

When I arrived, the hotel was closed and there was nobody there. I called and half an hour later, someone showed up to open. The toilet did not work, and when I told them, the response was “Sometimes the toilets don’t work”. So they gave me a bucket to flush the toilet. The shower was a trickle of warm water. Incredibly, the property is overpriced.

Un lugar muy tranquilo, los empleados muy amables, el hotel siempre tiene las puertas cerradas, hay que esperar a que los empleados abran las puertas y a veces tardan en responder al llamado de la puerta, por lo demás las instalaciones son muy buenas.

Es muy caro para lo poco que ofrecen. Nunca funcionó el control de TV, el cuarto olía a mucha agua de drenaje. La alberca estaba sucia, no hay opción de restaurante como dice la publicidad, por lo que me dijo el personal tiene meses que no funciona su restaurante. No te dan agua o algún vaso. Solo sirve para pasar la noche y salir porque no puedes comer nada
