"The room was NOT clean, floors were filthy, trying to get clean towels was ridiculous. Roaches and bugs in the room, My husband found a needle in the curtain. The hot tub was out of order, the guest laundry was out of order."

"Unfortunately, the pictures online are not what the rooms look like they have stains all over the carpets and we had a roach crawl on the wall so I killed that but then come to find out when I was sitting there... There was more and they were coming out from behind inside of the refrigerator so me and my husband packed up and we got the hell out of Dodge. "I love small older family owned hotels and this was the best of the best. Wonderful staff and owner, nice room, great pool and it is on a hill looking down onto the riverfront where they have a bait, tackle and gift store with a restaurant inside for breakfast and lunch. We had breakfast there both days, it was very good with homemade biscuits. You can put your boat in right there, and several other restaurants in walking distance. We had a great stay and they have a full coffee pot in each...

"Stay away from this place !!!! I feel like I was robbed and I know I was scammed by the girl that was working there! She had a sign on the counter saying Cash Only which I paid! When we got to the room and realized that the beds were hard as a rock and the bathroom was dirty we went back to the office and said we wanted our money back because we couldn’t sleep on the bed and she smirked and said it doesn’t work that way just because we didn’t like the bed and refused to give us the money!!! "was super clean except trash cans in kitchen and both bathrooms wer full when we got there. there was also a lot of construction going on all around the unit and several times the construction workers were blocking us from coming & going & we repeatedly had to ask them to move"

"This is the perfect place to relax while enjoying the Suwannee River. A Boaters, fishermen, or hunters paradise, with all the basics, in a rustic setting. A great restaurant right next door puts the frosting on the Cake. The Suwannee River Cruise gives you extremely interesting insight into the history of the river, and views of manatees, alligators, otters and so much morel."

"Very load person blasting TV all night two nights in in a row. He would not answer door or phone when staff attempted to contact. Staff said there was nothing they could do if they did not respond."

"Excellent all around though may need a new bed. We had two queens. One of them was nice and firm while the other seemed a bit older and was more uncomfortable. Staff was amaxing and overall building was great and clean."
