"This is a hit or miss place. It was a big miss for us. The good: the location was great, 10 min walk to Colosium the apartment is also decent sized. The bad: the property management/maintainence is bad. We checked in and went for a bath, only to find no soap in the shower soap dispenser. The day after, the shower drain backed up and leaked water into the living room. It made the shoes and socks on the floor wet. "The guesthouse was a 5th floor walkup. Fortunately there was an elevator, a tiny old style where one opens and closes the doors manually. Room was clean and modern. Bed was comfortable. The only issue was with the shower. It leaks somewhere around the fixed panel, the balance between hot and cold is a fine line and one day there was no hot water. "

"This is the best bang for your buck. Rooms were fair size, very very clean. Staff were very helpful (even helped with restaurant suggestions, and they were right the food was amazing where they suggested) air conditioned. Location was perfect. 8 minute walk from train station, 15 minutes to the fountain and 8 minutes from the colosseum. We will 100% stay here when we come back."
