"La chambre est extraordinairement belle et spacieuse . Quatre pièces richement décorées. Salon, salle à manger chambre,coin déjeuner, salle de bain, attenant à une cour intérieure -jardin( citronniers et orangers). 3 beaux chats amicaux y demeurent😻 Nous avons stationné l’auto à l’intérieur du bâtiment."

"Excellent property and amazing staff. We loved the location. Staff was well trained and very helpful. Street names changed the week before and it was extremely hard to find the hotel. They sent a bellman to meet us and bring us in. It was outstanding!"

"The best location you can get in Lecce. Steps from the centro historico, quiet even though it's on a relatively busy street, with easy, gated parking right in front of the Dimora. A beautiful old converted mansion. The breakfasts were tasty, plentiful, and the service was great. If you like staying in a city center, this is a great choice, and with the easy parking, coming and going is a snap. The room wasn't large, but it had a lovely balcony and was bright and airy. We'll stay there again."

"What a lovely find. Firstly the excellent Aldo and his staff. Friendly and efficient. Always willing to go the extra mile and nothing too much trouble. Need something and you'll get an immediate response. A lovely fella. The rooms were perfect for us. Tucked in a quiet back street in the old city. Quiet. Inside the property be prepared for steep steps and in our suite a tight metal/wood staircase to the mezzanine bedroom. But really it was great and if you want to venture up to the roof terrace,...

"Maintenace issue, such as plumbing and thre shower head ( there was a crack on the neck of the shower hose and the head was disassembled when I opened the water), stains on curtains and the bed spread...etc. Great location, floor was clean, and the staff was good. The bed was firm and I liked it."

"Dated hotel with large rooms. The breakfast was ok with scrambled eggs and hot dog sausage as the only hot choice. Good selection of meats and cheeses. Plenty of cakes if you like that for breakfast. Parking was easy we managed to park outside on the road near the hotel in the blue zone with a cost. The entrance to Lecce historic centre was only a short walk as was the train station. The hotel is located next to the immigration centre and there were lots of people queuing each morning which was...

The location was perfect, just a few minutes’ walk from the historic center, making it easy to explore the city while enjoying a quiet and comfortable place to stay. Alberto was an exceptional host—very accommodating, extremely responsive, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. "Staff is good and location is great. The need for improvement should be in amenities and infrastructure, ie breakfast, towels, soap, tissues and ventilation. Overall it is more a boutique hotel and shouldn’t be advertise as a five star establishment."
