We felt very welcome here and the staff greeted us every time we returned to the hotel. Staff even took the time to ask about our day and to see if there was anything they could improve on. "A lovely boutique hotel, beautifully finished. A lovely welcome from reception staff. Breakfast was fantastic with choice of freshly made breads and cakes and, importantly, good coffee. Good location in Monti with some great places to eat on your doorstep. Room was comfortable with a large bed, fantastic shower, coffee machine and TV with chromecast. We really enjoyed our stay here."

"Great staff, location excellent, room clean and the amenities working but, something I would like to suggest is because is kind of difficult to get into the room and will be appreciated is to add signs or numbers on the doors, first day I climbed the stairs up to 4th floor and the department was on the second floor ;(, Thank you Alessandro for all your help.
