Pésimo, no vuelvo y no lo recomiendo

El personal es amable pero no te saben dar soluciones...para empezar el hotel no tiene el nombre en ningún lado, está muy céntrico pero no cuentan con estacionamiento y es un problema si llevas vehículo. Habitaciones muy frías y sin cobijas suficientes. Sin agua caliente porque se acabó el gas (en pleno invierno!!). Dicen que el desayuno es de 7-10am pero a las 8:30 aún no había nada, obvio no me quedé a esperarlo así que no supe que tal estaba (si es que hubo). NO VUELVO Y NO LO RECOMIENDO...por si bien no vayan!!

Lo publicitan como hotel boutique, y es una posada con instalaciones y mobiliario deplorable, sucio, paredes humedad con la pintura cayendose, el baño con fuerte olor a drenaje por las coladeras, lamparas en mal estado, etc. La atención de la recepción es amable y buena.

No dan factura, solo nota de remision. No hay estacionamiento, ni agua caliente, el desayuno es continental, camas terribles, mal servicio de los empleados. Se conducen con falsedad. No lo recomiendo a nadie, por favor no se hospeden, quedarán desepcionados.

El mobiliario es improvisado y mal hecho, no existía la mínima privacidad en el baño de la habitación que me tocó. Las sábanas rotas, etc. Me parecieron terribles las condiciones del lugar. Una cosa es el estilo y otra improvisar, sin embargo el personal fue amable. No le volvería a hospedar ahí.

A hotel with a cultural concept and spirit

1. The attention of the Personnel is friendly, good and kind. 2. The breakfast could be improved in quality and variedad. 3. The room were clean and of good size. But the bathroom was not comfortable. Not privacy. Not enough hot water to shower. 4. Good centric location. 5. Good and interesting cultural concept of the owner to design the place. Have yet room for improvement for a better comfort.

La calidad hecha Hotel. Desde que vi el hotel en el sitio web me llamo mucho la atención la increíble decoración que el hotel presume en sus fotografías, una vez llegas al hotel te reciben con una cáliz fenomenal, te ofrecen uña chocolate caliente y/o café de diferentes tipos (muy bueno para el clima frío de Chihuahua). Ya que te entregan tu habitación es de sorprenderse lo folklórico de la decoración, muy mexicana, te transporta a la vivir una experiencia unica en Chihuahua. Los servicios dentro del hotel funcionan de maravilla, y para el frío me proporcionaron una calentador al igual que las cobijas, tantas como necesite. 100% recomendado, me es obligatorio volverme a quedar de visita en Chihuahua, y volver al Hotel Casa de Las Hortensias y de nueva cuenta disfrutar de su pozole verde único en Chihuahua.

Tenia la esperanza que fuera una experiencia agradable y ademas porque revise los "reviews" y parecía que estaba bien. En primer lugar, es mucho muy pobre lo que invirtieron en este hotel. Como que sacaron de la basura lo poco que pusieron. Quise escribir esto después de haber pasado un tiempo y no inmediatamente después de lo que paso para tratar de ser lo mas objetiva posible. Iba a quedarme dos dias y solo me quede unas horas . No hay ningun sistema de calefacción, no hay agua en la regadera, una pobre cobija me la proporcionaron después de haberla pedido pues solo había una sabatina delgada sin cobija en la cama, el cuarto completamente obscuro, la puerta no se puede abrir a menos que vengan a auxiliar a uno para abrirla. Con este frío y salieron dos cucarachas por la parte de el bano, habla mucho de la limpieza y/o de que no previnieron la ubicación ......etc., etc. Es como un cuarto de lo que se ve en la TV de una celda o como un refrigerador. Obscuro, pequeño y con la puerta que tienen que venir abrirla. me sale de inmediato y la encargada en lugar de disculparse dijo varias cosas entre ellas "en el website no ponemos que tenemos calefaccion". La experiencia mas terrible. Cuando menos deberían reembolsar y pagar gastos extras en los que uno incurre por esta horrible experiencia.
