"The shower was dirty, the outlets didn’t work, I asked to have one sheets changed they never changed them for 2 days and instead told us they could bring us the sheets to change them. So we changed our own sheets. We cost get ahold of customer support"

"The room smelled like bleach so bad our clothes smelled like it when we left. They also had me pay for the room even though it was already paid through my Expedia package. Thankfully Expedia contacted the property and they are supposed to refund the payment."

"Fantastic employees! I had problems with my remote to the TV and one of the front desk employees went out of his way to help me."
