"The rooms and food were great. The service was very ok. At Comal the food was very slow and they never checked in for drink orders or to fill waters. Not a great experience for a 300 dollar dinner. Same thing at breakfast. The pool service didn’t clear chairs when people left. The service got better towards the end but overall was disappointing for the price. One and only or las Ventanas are much better places to stay. "

"One of the most beautiful properties we’ve been to! Pricing is a little extra extravagant, but you get what you pay for! The recreation center at the beach is a blast, food was delicious, staff is exceptional, and even the yoga classes were great! Highly recommend the sea-bobs, snorkeling, and paddle boarding. Fernando @recreation and Milena our concierge were outstanding!!"

"Beautiful property. At this price point, however, I expected top notch service and the resort seemed to be short staffed at times. I waited 1.5 hours before receiving help with a matter in my room. The resort also has strict booking policies for tours and their spa services. Overall still a luxury experience. "

"This is a top tier resort. All 4 of the premium restaurants had several outstanding options, and food presentation was very high. The drinks were also exceptional, in presentation, preparation, and selection. Top shelf name brand choices of almost every bottle you can imagine. The beds were comfy, the pools were clean, the crowds were well managed, and the grounds are spotless. Negatives? Not many really, but the tipping is odd. Even if you are all-inclusive, you need to 'charge out' for...

"Staff was really nice and hotel was definitely a 3 star hotel. It’s not bad but it doesn’t look like the pictures. The windows in the room are like you’re in a basement. You can’t open them because there isn’t a screen. There isn’t an elevator and there are LOTS of steps so not handicapped accessible. "

"Overall beautiful resort but not quite the experience we were expecting given price differential over other resorts in area. Have stayed previously at Hyatt ziva and Garza Blanca which were 40-50% cheaper for all inclusive so my star rating is reflective of that The food was similar caliber at each experience. I had fishy sea bass one evening Cocktails were sadly often too sweet and was surprised not higher level liquor and wine for the price. Coffee shop was good and nice easy breakfast...

"True luxury. Staff was great and the restaurant options on site were all fantastic - several to choose from. Food was amazing! We didn’t leave the property. Our room was a one bedroom, living room with pull out bed, full kitchen, washer/dryer, and two full bathrooms. Room was serviced twice daily. Spa was amazing too. Highly recommend. Great for family - includes kids club and teens club. "

"Room (2bdrm) was very nice and spacious with a full size jacuzzi on a large balcony. They had a really nice charcuterie board and good bottle of wine waiting when we arrived! Restaurant downstairs was pretty good, highlight was the ice cream which was amazing. It has an ocean view but it’s not oceanfront, probably the only downside we found. But great for families based on the size of the room. Would return."

"Zoetry is the perfect resort to stay at while visiting Los Cabos. It’s small and therefore it has less people, less noise and less stress. It’s perfectly positioned midway between Cabo San Lucas and San Jose. The room was top notch, the service impeccable and dollar for dollar perhaps the best deal in the area."

"My family had such a great time the food was beyond our expectations. The hotel was extremely clean. Only issue we ran into was chairs by the pool those seemed to be taken by 6:30am other than that we had lots of fun and would return for another stay in the future."

"I absolutely enjoyed my stay at Grand fiesta’s Americana. The room was beautiful. The view was beautiful. The property was beautiful. They had four different pools. The beachfront was beautiful (lots of rocks but if you walk down there was a section you can swim in). The food was delicious (I ate at most restaurants- not all). And the staff were incredible. Highly recommend this resort. "

"Great adult resort. Clean, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, great pool. Food was overall very good. Gym small (this could be improved). Beach is beautiful, but is rocks, not sand although there is one small sandy-ish area in the swimming cove. Great resort overall!"
