"We stayed at the Riu with a large group of friends. The resort property is huge, and I think everyone found a space that suited them. We were disappointed we couldn’t swim in the ocean, because the pools got so busy. The resort was exceptionally clean and staff took great care of our room. All staff seemed friendly and outgoing. Food was what we expected. Overall a good stay!"

"The rooms were very clean, the staff everywhere were so friendly! They all worked very hard, and yet always happy and so willing to treat you like royalty! My only small complaint were the amount of birds around the outdoor tables at the buffet, I know a hard thing to control, but if dishes were left to long, the birds would swarm! I also noticed them on the servers station on the water jugs ect. But I must say, the food was excellent! We were there with our family, including a 15 and 16 year old, tuff age, but they found not any others in there age group, possibly the time of year? We were there after spring break. Overall, an amazing place, and we plan on returning!"

"The pools were amazing. Unfortunately the staff was not great, the people who give the towels were rude, would say we never gave them or cards and our room numbers weren’t on the list. But you can’t get a towel with giving them the card so wouldn’t make sense for us to have towels . The house keepers cleaned our room while we were out on an excursion and left the door to our room open! And of course, our towel cards we had left on the counter in the same exact spot as we always do , were missing. "

When we said no to a time share tour he changed our room to a bottom floor The resort was less than 50% occupied and he Mention we were on the top floor with ocean view Everting else was a great choice to go. Just might not come back due to Alejandro. "

"The restaurants were all excellent and easy to reserve. You were able to reserve the entire week when you first arrived. We would have enjoyed more entertainment in the evening. Other than karaoke one evening, there wasn’t much to do after dinner."
