"The rooms and food were great. The service was very ok. At Comal the food was very slow and they never checked in for drink orders or to fill waters. Not a great experience for a 300 dollar dinner. Same thing at breakfast. The pool service didn’t clear chairs when people left. The service got better towards the end but overall was disappointing for the price. One and only or las Ventanas are much better places to stay. "

"Aware I was charged about $60 EXTRA at check in . I’ve never been charged that much in check in ever and that was a huge surprise that I didn’t appreciate, def I would recommend to find a way to tell the guest before booking that they wil be charged that much. The food is mediocre and needs to leveled up. My bathroom shower was clogged when showering. Other than that the rest was absolutely stunning and perfect . Thank you "

"Food in here was delicious! Lots of healthy choices and the all inclusive was amazing for the price! Staff was lovely and welcoming. You can’t swim in the beach due to rocks, you have to get transportation and go somewhere else if that’s what you’re looking for. Our room was big and taken care of.
