"Over all fantastic! Great location. Plenty to do or not do. 😁 music could have used some variety. Place is very busy. Beach was nice. View beautiful. Check in was my least favorite. Supposedly got an upgrade but my accommodations were not all an up grade. The cleaning staff does a great job. Staff is always busy and seem to like their jobs. The food amazing! Real chocolate!"

You can’t swim in the beach due to rocks, you have to get transportation and go somewhere else if that’s what you’re looking for. Our room was big and taken care of. "Aware I was charged about $60 EXTRA at check in . I’ve never been charged that much in check in ever and that was a huge surprise that I didn’t appreciate, def I would recommend to find a way to tell the guest before booking that they wil be charged that much. The food is mediocre and needs to leveled up. My bathroom shower was clogged when showering. Other than that the rest was absolutely stunning and perfect . Thank you "

"The hotel itself is beautiful and the views are absolutely amazing. The location and scenery make it a really special place, and we truly enjoyed that part of the stay. Unfortunately, the service did not match the quality of the hotel. The attention from the receptionists, Blanca and Paulina, was not pleasant and felt unhelpful. In addition, the service from Juan at the pool was also disappointing and unprofessional. To make matters worse, when I had already left the property, they contacted me and asked me to come back to pick up my deposit because they had made a mistake. It was inconvenient and poorly handled. Because of the poor service we experienced, I would not return to this hotel and I cannot recommend it to others. The property itself is beautiful, but the reception service was honestly the worst part of the experience and completely ruined what could have been a great stay."
