"The pool was lovely. The gym was great(not many heavy weights) but good overall. The stairs to the private beach (85 total) were easy to navigate. I love the location. We are already planning on coming back."

"The property itself is very nice. And the staff is very friendly. The front desk always felt like a nightmare. Nothing happened quickly and there’s always an attempt to sell you on a timeshare. We had a $300 daily credit which conveniently every time we tried to use they had no record of until we showed them proof of it then it was magically found “in their other system.” It felt sketchy and as if we were being played. In the end, they honored the credit but it was a battle each time."

"Pros: Beautiful property nice pools, clean, friendly staff, nice rooms with great air conditioning. Cons: Food prices are higher than expected but that seems to be common in all the hotels. Definitely Los Angeles prices. But if you venture out to the city there’s a ton of cheap options."

"You get a beautiful view from almost all locations. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. I didn't eat at all of the restaurants but the pizza at Il Forno was good. As were the drinks! I would have liked to see a few Mexican options on the menu, but, I could have ventured around the property to a different restaurant if it was really an issue. It was low season, but they seemed fully staffed and everything was open. The only comment I have is that I waited over an hour for help with...
